Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. This will allow you to track your package’s journey from our warehouse to your address.

Delivery Issues

Order Marked as Delivered:

If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you haven’t received it:

Check with your neighbors, the building manager, or members of your household who may have received the package.

Verify the delivery address listed on your order confirmation.

Contact us immediately with your order number and the details of the issue.

We’ll review the courier’s delivery receipt.

If the delivery receipt confirms that the package was delivered to the correct address and you still haven’t received it, we’ll submit a redelivery request.

Reshipments are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to final approval.

Although we do our best to deliver within the specified timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs procedures or shipping delays.
